Praise the Lord. He answered the prayers that we've been lifting up this week and we have an agreement on selling the house in Knoxville. Since we're working on the company's time frame, we didn't really have a lot of time to wait. So were praying, but beginning to accept the fact that would probably just end up taking the company buy out. But now we have an offer, so we're very pleased. We didn't end up selling it for what we had once hoped, but we didn't have to the buy out. We landed somewhere in the middle. And we're so grateful! Closing date in October 31, Lord willing.

No, technically the relocation company owns the house. So they handle everything through paper work. Of course, we have to wait to see the results of the buyer's home inspection. Things can always turn up there... We'll keep you posted!
